The Artist

Welcome to Blue Mouse Art, where nature, wool, and creativity come together to capture the beauty of the Yorkshire Dales. I’m a felt artist inspired by the rolling hills, changing light, and rich wildlife of the countryside I call home.

Using sustainable, ethically sourced wool and natural fibers, I create intricate felt paintings, sculptures, and art gifts that bring landscapes and animals to life. Each piece starts with a sketch and is built up in layers using wet felting and needle felting techniques. Whether it's the golden hues of autumn, the soft greens of spring, or the dramatic skies of a Dales sunset, my work reflects the textures and moods of nature in a unique and tactile way.

Alongside my artwork, I run friendly and relaxed felting workshops, where you can learn to ‘paint’ with wool or sculpt with fiber. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to develop your skills, my workshops offer a creative escape with plenty of guidance and inspiration.
